Question: I got a few bids and yours is a little higher, How come you cost more?
Answer: It just seems at times we may be higher as most of our competitors DO NOT PULL PERMITS or GET HOA PERMISSION! Also many will try and pass off white wood stained and not use top grade cedar as many homeowners may not notice the difference. Also hardware may not be use but simply using a nail gun instead of bolting your arbor together.
